Abhishek Kumar leads and coordinates the organization’s programme activities, supporting the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of community development initiatives.He works closely with the field team, volunteers, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and aligned with the organization’s objectives. His responsibilities include programme planning, team coordination, field monitoring, documentation, reporting, beneficiary engagement, and impact tracking.
As Program Director, he contributes to strengthening the quality and reach of initiatives in education, healthcare, livelihood development, food relief, women empowerment, and community development, with a focus on creating meaningful and sustainable impact.
