By making a donation to SEVA ASMAKAM DHARMAH CHARITABLE TRUST, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations received through our website or other authorized payment channels will be used to support the charitable and social welfare activities of the Trust, including education, healthcare, livelihood development, women empowerment, youth empowerment, food distribution, disability empowerment, and other approved community development initiatives.

2. Voluntary Contribution

All donations are voluntary. By making a donation, the donor confirms that the contribution is made willingly and without any expectation of personal benefit, goods, services, or financial return.

3. Use of Funds

The Trust may allocate donated funds to the programme or charitable activity selected by the donor. Where necessary, the Trust may use the donation for another charitable activity or for programme-related administrative and operational expenses to ensure effective implementation of its charitable objectives.

4. Payment and Transaction Processing

Online donations may be processed through authorized payment gateways or financial service providers. The Trust is not responsible for delays, failures, interruptions, or errors caused by banks, payment gateways, internet service providers, or other third-party service providers.

5. Donation Receipt

A donation acknowledgement/receipt may be issued based on the information provided by the donor. Donors are responsible for providing accurate details, including their name, email address, mobile number, PAN, and other information required for issuing a receipt.

6. Tax Benefits

Where applicable, tax benefits shall be available only in accordance with the applicable provisions of Indian tax laws and the Trust's valid tax-exemption/registration status. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding eligibility and tax treatment.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Donations are generally treated as voluntary charitable contributions and are non-refundable once successfully processed.

However, if a donation has been made due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, or other exceptional circumstance, the donor may contact the Trust with the transaction details. Any refund will be considered subject to verification and applicable payment gateway and banking procedures.

8. Donor Information

The Trust may collect information necessary to process donations, issue receipts, maintain financial records, and comply with applicable laws. Donor information will be handled in accordance with the Trust's Privacy Policy.

9. Anonymous Donations

Donors may request that their name not be publicly displayed in any donor list or communication. However, the Trust may still be required to maintain donor information and records where required by applicable law.

10. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

The Trust reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful transactions.

11. Changes to These Terms
