Free Medical camp ( Arogya Swasthya Seva Abhiyan)
Seva Asmakam Dharmah Charitable Trust successfully organized a Free Health Camp on 28th December 2025 under the Arogya Gramin Swasthya Seva Abhiyan to provide basic healthcare services to poor and underprivileged rural communities. The main objective of the camp was to offer free medical check-ups, early diagnosis, and distribution of essential medicines to individuals who have limited access to proper healthcare facilities.
During the camp, experienced doctors and healthcare volunteers conducted check-ups for common health problems, including:
Blood Sugar (Diabetes) Testing
Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring
Fever and Seasonal Illness Check-up
Thyroid Screening Guidance
Dental (Tooth) Check-up
General Physical Examination
Many villagers were screened for high blood pressure and diabetes, which are common but often undiagnosed conditions in rural areas. Early detection helped in guiding patients toward proper treatment and lifestyle changes.
After medical consultation, free medicines were distributed to patients based on doctors’ prescriptions. Basic medicines for fever, infections, blood pressure control, diabetes management, and dental problems were provided to those in need.
Healthcare professionals also advised patients about:
Maintaining proper hygiene
Balanced and nutritious diet
Regular health monitoring
Importance of follow-up check-ups
The Free Health Camp conducted on 28-12-2025 was a meaningful step toward promoting preventive healthcare and ensuring basic medical support for rural families. Seva Asmakam Dharmah Charitable Trust remains committed to serving society through continuous health awareness programs and medical support initiatives.
